Printing a Daily Sales by Item Group Report

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Daily Sales by Item Group Report as directed in Using Daily Sales by Item Group Report command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information prints on the report:

• SP – The report will be grouped according to sales rep if Y (Y=yes) was entered in the Print SP Detail (Y/N) field.
• Group – The item group ID
• Group Name – The name of the item group
• Low Prod Price – The lowest per-unit product selling price for all items within the item group for all shipped and ready sales orders between the beginning and ending report dates (except credits)
• Hi Prod Price – The highest per-unit product selling price for all items within the item group, for all shipped and ready sales orders between the beginning and ending report dates (except credits).
• Avg Prod Price – The average per-unit product selling price for all items within the item group, for all shipped and ready sales orders between the beginning and ending report dates (except credits).
• Weight – The weight of all the items within the item group between the report dates. Includes credits for returned items.
